Junior League of San Joaquin County is recognized in our community for implementing projects and partnerships that impact women, children and families in need and for creating an environment that fosters personal growth, leadership, and friendship. Notable programs include the "Ready to Learn" Backpack program, One-on-One Reading program and Reading Challenge contests; all designed to improve literacy and learning in elementary schools.

Junior League recently is currently accepting members for the 2013-2014 year.  If you wish to connect with women who make things happen, identify the community's critical needs, form strategic partnerships, create innovating programs and raise funds for exciting community initiatives, call Junior League at (209) 603-5214, email jlsjcvpmembership@gmail.com or visit the jlsjc.org website for more information.
